Oak aged ale fermented with saison yeast and brettanomyces and dry hopped with 100% mosaic hops. Dry saison with notes of lemon and grass, tangerine and grapefruit. Mild bitterness.

Heidrun focuses on mead made in the champagne method using a single flower variety. This brings out the honey’s natural floral nature.The Madras Carrot Blossom is dry and offers elegant notes of lavender & jasmine
 
BOULEVARD-BOURBON BARREL QUAD, ‘Belgian Style Dark Strong Ale’  2014

This Belgian style Quad has been aging in our cellar since its release nearly 4 years ago. This beer is aged in bourbon barrels for up to three years prior to release.Cherries are added to make up for the ‘angel’s share.’
This Quad offers notes of vanilla, cherry and toffee.

“MacGowans Lyric” Dry Irish Stout dry-hopped with Fuggle
 
Cask Ale is a living beer and is made completely naturally, as the secondary fermentation takes place inside of the cask from which it is to be served. This is beer as it has been brewed for centuries.
